Device Development Experts

Cich Research provides semiconductor process development expertise based on years of experience. In particular, our founder's backgrounds include:

III-V materials: process development and integration for GaAs, InP, GaSb, bulk GaN, GaN-on-Sapphire devices
Silicon: process development and integration in high volume manufacturing, including fabless development
Device Physics: TCAD simulation for heterojunction bipolar transistors, image sensors, and others, including deep level impacts on performance

Our current focus is on developing simulation tools and device optimization for a novel optically-isolated high power switch. We are open to co-development opportunities as well as consulting. We have worked with local foundry sources to deliver prototype volumes for proof-of-concept as needed.
